Our practice area

Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.

You can also find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS website.

Check if you live in our area

Not sure? Call us on 020 7385 1964 and ask.

Map of our practice area

The map is provided by the NHS and shows the boundary we have given NHS England. If you type a postcode into the map, it is sent to the map’s provider to find it on the map. If you use a keyboard or a screen reader, open the map on its own page.

Your named GP

Every patient registered with us has a named GP. Your named GP is responsible for your overall care at the practice. This includes new patients and patients aged 75 and over.

You can still see any of our GPs. You can also tell us if you would like a different named GP, and we will try to arrange it.

To find out who your named GP is, or to ask for a different one, ask at reception or call us on 020 7385 1964.

Get help for someone else

You can use GP online services for someone else, like your child or a person you care for. This is called proxy access.

You can then book their appointments or order their medicine.

Call us on 020 7385 1964 to set it up. If the person is 16 or over, they will need to agree.
